Yes, always. We monitor your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust their arrival time accordingly and wait at no extra charge. If your flight is very early, we'll do our best to be there — this is why we ask for your flight number at booking.
Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall holding a name board with your name on it. They will help you with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle. If you can't find your driver, call the number on your confirmation email.
