Edinburgh Airport Transfers Ltd ("the Company") is a licensed private hire operator based in Edinburgh, Scotland. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.
All bookings are subject to availability. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
All prices quoted are fixed and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are confirmed at time of booking and will not change unless you materially alter your journey details (e.g. destination, number of passengers, or significant additional waiting time).
We monitor flights for airport pick-ups. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust our arrival time accordingly at no extra charge. If your flight lands early, we will endeavour to be available but cannot guarantee immediate availability in all cases.
For airport arrivals, we allow up to 45 minutes of free waiting time from when your flight lands. For all other pick-ups, we allow 15 minutes of free waiting time from the booked pick-up time. Additional waiting time may be charged at our standard rate.
Please advise us of unusual or oversized luggage (golf clubs, skiing equipment, prams, bicycles, etc.) at time of booking. We will assign an appropriate vehicle. We are not liable for damage to items not secured in the vehicle's boot.
The Company reserves the right to refuse carriage or terminate a journey where a passenger's behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive or offensive to the driver. No refund will be given in such circumstances.
We carry fully comprehensive insurance. Our liability to passengers is limited to direct losses arising from proven negligence by the Company or its drivers. We are not liable for missed flights, connections, or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
